Care and maintenance

We strongly recommend that you have your guitar checked and adjusted at last twice a year (summer and winter). Among other things, this will keep the warranty valid. All required adjustments are free of charge the first year to enable your guitar to adjust to its new environment at no extra cost.

The strings on your instrument have to be changed regularly to keep it from being damaged. We suggest changing them every two months if you do not suffer from hyperacidity. If you do, then the strings may have to be changed as often as every two weeks. Leaving the old strings too long on an instrument can cause irreversible damage to it and will consequently void the warranty.

Ask your retailer about your free adjustments and your cleaning kit including a bottle of “Dunlop 65” guitar cleaner and a cotton polishing cloth.

Take good care of your guitar—it will give you a lot in return!
